Shipping Terms
For the time being, I only offer flat standard shipping fees worldwide, which may vary based on the shipping method, product type, print provider, printer, and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price and will be added at checkout.

Prints & Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)
My print providers are able to ship to most countries unless legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations prevent passage. Additionally, shipping carriers may temporarily restrict international shipping due to circumstances such as natural disasters or other service disruptions.
The production time for print-on-demand orders depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

Similarly, shipping time depends on multiple factors, and estimated delivery time is between 10-30 business days after the order is processed.

Original Artwork & Hand-Painted Merchandise

Original artworks and hand-painted merchandise are shipped directly from me. These unique pieces require special care in handling and packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time: Orders will typically be packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days after purchase. If additional drying, curing, or protective finishing is needed, this may extend processing time, and I will notify you accordingly.

Tracking & Insurance: All original artworks and hand-painted items are shipped with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds Policy

As I use print-on-demand, all products are unique and produced only when ordered. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items (Print-on-Demand)
​
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, I offer a free reprint or refund if you contact me within 15 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required to process your claim.

Lost Packages
​
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your order is confirmed as lost, I will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement. However, I may ask you to confirm that your shipping details were correct before proceeding.

🔹 IMPORTANT: If tracking information states that an order was delivered, any replacements would be at your expense.

Original Artwork & Hand-Painted Merchandise

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of my original artworks and hand-painted merchandise, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Artwork or Merchandise: If your original artwork or hand-painted item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. I will work with you to find the best possible solution, whether that be a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: All original artworks and hand-painted items are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package is lost in transit, I will file a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, I will either issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.
